This interactive one-hour course equips dental hygienists with practical skills to transform workplace conflicts into opportunities for growth and improved patient care. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to address challenging conversations, strengthen relationships with dentists and team members, and create a more collaborative practice environment. Through discussion of real-world dental scenarios and guided exercises, hygienists will develop confidence in navigating difficult situations while maintaining professional relationships and enhancing team dynamics.
