Basic Steps To Be A Sales Success

Sales 101 has been designed with the intent to shed light on what it is like to be on the sales side of dentistry. This course is for the learner that has always thought, "Hey, I could do that"! And guess what...you absolutely CAN! To dive into sales, there are foundational aspects to explore. Sales 101 will help individuals better understand the audience of a sales call, how to take an objection and make it an opportunity, and how to "close" on a sale. Through discussion, analysis, and role-playing, the learner will gain the insight to propel them forward into exploring future opportunities in the sales profession. 

Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:

1. Describe the basic steps of sales that lead to successful relationship building.

2. Examine your audience to determine the best sales strategy and outcome when you have the decision-maker in your presence.

3. Recognize the importance of stating your purpose and gaining access to your audience.

4. Identify objections and discuss how the Sales Strategy diagram will aid in moving forward from an objection.

5. Describe and demonstrate ways to overcome sales objections and obstacles.
